When an issue occurs they are right on it The building is in a great location steps away from the train, a short drive to midtown and a few minutes away from Wynwood. I love living here and plan to stay for quite some time

The staff is professional and the building is managed well, and there is care taken to make it a nice place for everyone. Very happy with my choice.

submitted by Augusto T. - |Recommended: Yes2018-2019 Modera Review — I definitely will recommended. the only things that bother me is the neighbors using the apt like AirB B so mostly we have kids partying and making the place noisy, also the dogs peeing in the elevator. Water pressure I don't understand why changes all the time every day, some days I barely have water and after a few hours the pressure is so hard I think is gonna blow the faucet, and this is every day. overall I like it here since I work 3 blocks from home.

submitted by Jose C. - |Recommended: YesGood Service — The Service on the building is good , I think the areas they need to improve is changing the elevators system, in pest control and controlling people for not smoking weed in the building. Also the rent prices could be little lower.

submitted by Felcar N. - |Recommended: YesGreat but needs Improvement — Whatever issues there may be right now in this building may not be caused by Mill Creek since they just recently took over the property. It could be caused by the previous property management. Here are some of the good things about this place space vs price is reasonable, 24 7 concierge staff, amenities, location, dedicated indoor parking space and guest parking. The new office staffs know what they are doing although I feel sorry for them having to patch up misses from previous management. The cons on the other hand are the following safety and security - there are no CCTVs on areas where you expect it to be like elevators, hallways, parking garage there have been a number of times where non-resident cars wait at the guest parking and tailgate once we get through the garage gate which is risky for carnapping or robbery incidents, elevators are noticeably slow and untidy and oftentimes smell like somebody smoked marijuana my car got dented while parked for one day but the office could not do anything because they don't have security cameras we've seen residents walking to the garage gate using their fob allowing their guests to get into the resident parking garage trash are left by other residents in the trash chute room and could not be fined because there are no security cameras the AC broke twice over the last 3 months. We are hoping the promised positive changes with the new management would materialize soon.
